hyenas

one animal that is so misunderstood are hyenas, people have very wrong point of views on them, they're not evil psychopaths that laughs maniacally and while they eat garbage. they can be dangerous and able to attack and kill an adult human, but some people do manage to domesticate those animals especially (fun fact: ancient egyptians used to tame hyenas for hunting) and hyenas are very social especially the spotted hyena, they have great comunication system and they form clans to form social hierarchies and the laughs you hear and feels menacing, they're just laughs to show that they're anxious, stressed or feel threatned. so when you hear it know that you're scaring the animal, another fact although hyenas are great hunters and their bite force is stronger than lions, they still can't see good in the day. they're nocturnal animals which means they hunt better in the night! 
also they always look cool when they hunt big animals or dangerous ones.they're my fav animals btw! and they can be cute too when they're little or playful :3 (just wanted to blog about how cool they are) hyenas are NOT vultures.
