PERSONALITY
Pico is as though paranoia were a person. Conniving since birth, Pico is scrappy, snarky and clever, low-eyed, and lazy. Constantly under survival mode, the moment he leaves his home, he is on edge, wide-eyed, silent, and quick to anger, always checking behind him if he walks alone. He'll never like you, he swears it, until you get a little too on his nerves. Deep down, all he wants is connection. Fear can't will away longing and emptiness forever. Don't get in front of his shot.
BACKGROUND
His mother, Lonnie, died in childbirth, and his dad, Joseph, never gave a damn. He was raised poor, but school-focused, and raised homophobic (yet that never stopped him from dating Boyfriend during high-school) right up until the shooting occurred (although, he could hardly call it 'raising'. His uncle primarily raised him most, with his cousin, bless his soul). After the shooting, his short-lived heroism became expectation, and expectation became crippling guilt. What happens when the cute ginger who saved the school grew up and was finished riding his high?

MOM: Died in childbirth.
DAD: A piece of shit. A "stand-up guy" to anyone who didn't know him. Died in a hospice bed in Pico's high-school years, rotting. As he should have. He misses him. It was all he had.
[HIS] BF: Bye-bye, rich boy. [ author's note: i have a BF interpretation, but it's not the one written here. this guy doesn't exist and i don't care about his ass i will be real. maybe i will one day but not now. ]
[HIS] NENE: "Of course he took you with him. You needed the help more than me." Her bubbly-yet-catastrophic personality is dearly missed, although he finds flecks of it in other people.
OTIS: His cousin, and eventually, his landlord. Fuzzy memories make themselves known on occasion if Pico stares enough into his face; ones where Otis' face is a little rounder, hands bruised and lip busted. Cousins, nearly siblings, were supposed to beat each other up, weren't they? Why did he never fight back? Why was Pico never there when he needed him? Where was he all the time? Why was it so terribly hard for him to be good? And why was it so hard to remember, but the feeling so real? Please don't hate me.
SIMON: Previously thought to just have been dead, Picorino had mixed feelings about this guy barreling back into his life. It was like a surreal, horrific gaze in to the future. His greying hair, his twitching smile, his inability to live like a normal person... Was this who he was doomed to become? Was it too late to change the path? He wonders if Simon thinks the same thing of himself. For now, he'll make it a priority to stay the Hell out of his way.
LAUREL HESSER: "I can't take back the past. Are you going to hold that against me forever?" Someone he wished he saved in that damned shooting. Since her resurrection, she's done nothing but hated him-- How could a being so full of love hate him, and yet love every other copy of him? She makes him wish he wasn't himself, but then again, a lot of people made him feel that way.
ANGEL: Not a bad lay. Too bad she's a richie bitch and he can't stand that... Or her attitude. Or the fact she dated his boyfriend. Or the fact she's just plain better than he'll ever be, with more money than he'll ever make. Those damn Mercia demons...
JUDAS: Weirder than weird. If he were human, he'd make fun of him in high school. Too bad he's too big to pick on, and too scary to ever trust.
MATTY [OWNED BY MILKSOPMATTY]: Dog. Daddy's boy. A little obnoxious.
AMADEUS: His boss' boss. What else? Scary.
CLAUDE 'DADDY' DEAREST: His (main) boss. Crude, strange... British. The worst of the three. Doesn't pay enough, but doesn't know that.
MARMALADE 'MOMMY' MEAREST: Hot. Colombian.
CLEMENTINE 'GF' DEAREST: Can we get on with this, please? No boobs. No personality. Coquette freak who needs to get over her high-school boyfriend.
CAMERON 'BF' REED: Drain bamage... What kind of hyper-pop, freakish rapper with one arm and no money was a football star in high-school? Pick a struggle. He thinks he peaked a long, long time ago. Got over his high-school girlfriend.
[HIS] TANKMAN: His uncle. He never sees him, but on the occasion he does... It's awkward. He doesn't think he knows anything about him. He's not even sure if they're actually related.
IAN [SOUR BF ; OWNED BY MILKSOPMATTY]: "Can't he do anything by himself?" Even if Ian's helplessness sometimes got on Picorino's nerves, he was happy to deal with it. If only he knew how he picked him up from the ground just by being himself... Besides the fact he asked a previous lay of his to beat him up over a misunderstanding. He won't forget that for a while.
DEMI [OWNED BY GWEN/CASS]: His beloved girlfriend. He's terrified of disappointing her by slipping up and dying, but terrified to disappoint himself by failing to protect her and letting her die. He can only hope he can keep up with her. "I never know what's going through that girl's head."
CODA [OWNED BY RADIO]: Sushi boy. Someone he feels like he can really relate to, even if they're practically clones. Seeds of the same pod. Crows of the same murder. Broke as a joke, sick to eat, 'prone to alone' as it were. He'd like to see his mirrored image again.
DARNELL [OWNED BY RADIO]: "You can keep your secrets. I didn't want a replacement anyway." Arguably his favourite Darnell of the collection of repeats, he enjoys his company and snide attitude. However, this won't stop the ginger from holding him at an arm's length. He gets hurt enough and isn't willing to go for another spin with a man whose face he could memorize every wrinkle in.
PSYCO [OWNED BY RADIO]: "What kind of person is scared to think of the inevitable?" Started as someone helpful in his dance with the psychological devil, ended as another person he's pissed off at for-- rightfully-- being pissed at him. His overthinking and morbid obsession with death gave him a kick in the pants, and he's too bitter to go apologize.
CICI [OWNED BY RADIO]: A little weeaboo freak. Pico wishes he were that confident, yet he has a feeling even Cici himself isn't. "Doesn't he have anything else to do?" Spoken like a true hypocrite; one who can barely get off the couch if there isn't some new trauma to collect.
BOYFRIEND [OWNED BY ROACHY]: His ex-boyfriend once, and now again. He misses him something terrible, but what can you do when you're a piece of shit? A piece of shit who can't do nothing right, and probably won't for a while? "He'll see one day." What will he see? Who knows. God knows he's too afraid to change... Especially for a man who's changing too fast for him to keep up.
LIL' B [OWNED BY RADIO]: Perhaps his most enjoyable version of Boyfriend. There for him in the purgatory-dull of bipolar sick, there was a B shaped pit in Pico's stomach. Every other day, he contemplates going to visit. He's not sure B even cares, and if he does... Is it worth finding out? He finds it hard to weigh in, as all he does is feel sorry anyway.
CY-SIDES BOYFRIEND [OWNED BY ROACHY]: The nicer of the sea-side freaks. This was the one he felt that existential guilt for and WOULD LIKE to apologize to... But then again, once more, his pride gets right in the way. Maybe if he was approached first.
MIX BF, MICAH [OWNED BY ROACHY]: Otis' friend. He doesn't know much about him, but he likes bugs. He doesn't seem as annoying as Otis is, so he's perfectly fine with him. Neutral as far as his crazy ass can get.
MIX PICO, MICKEY [OWNED BY RADIO]: Silly fucking guy. Weird to look at, even weirder to hear talk. By far the most ominous of his alternate selves to be around, for some reason.
BACKSTAGE DARNELL [OWNED BY MILKSOPMATTY]: He could write Bibles worth of text on why he hates this guy. A cheap sham of what he once knew, this Darnell beat up on Rino's poor, soft, shitty boyfriend, Ian, and expected to get away with that. He wish he could've kept Nell's lobbed-off hand in a jar so he could watch the damn thing twitch. He also isn't a fan of the schmoozing and worming he does to his ugly lil' cousin. Love is ugly, too, but not enough to let that slide.
BACKSTAGE NENE [OWNED BY MILKSOPMATTY]: Nicer than her other half. He never understood the scenemo bullshit, but it was innocent enough.
BACKSTAGE PICO [OWNED BY MILKSOPMATTY]: Drug-addicted hardass, and yet such a tryhard too. At the very VERY least, Picorino didn't turn to drugs to fill in the gaps after the shooting; this one, however, didn't get the memo.
BACKSTAGE OTIS, BORIS [OWNED BY MILKSOPMATTY]: Much less annoying than his cousin, and yet all the more worrying. He thought HIS Otis was strange... This one has no idea how to act and Pico's not the guy to teach him. But... now he's gone. And Pico doesn't like to dance with the Devil.

- Ehlers-Danlos syndrome is what gives his scars that sort of fake, broad, shiny look, due to the way Ehlers-Danlos syndrome effects the appearance of scar tissue. he also deals with the hyper-mobility, joint pain, and skin stretchiness.
- he smokes pot to relieve himself of joint pain, schizophrenic episodes, and insomniac episodes caused by trauma.
- he has frequent bouts of memory loss, yet remembers the way certain memories made him feel if reminded; this causes him to feel horrific remorse and guilt with an unknown source.
- his two uzi submachine guns that he carries are named betty and louise. he never mixes them up.
- he also carries one pistol most usually, which is named daisy.
- due to being employed by claude 'daddy' dearest most commonly, if pico pushes the envelope too far (and dies on duty), dearest will retrieve his soul and body from his place of death and revive him under the guise of a 'close call'. he has done this twice and pico doesn't know (yet).
