Although your clock will continue to run normally for you in a blackhole, an infinite amount of time  will have passed for an outside observer. Which is the same thing as saying it would take an infinite amount of time for an outside observer to see you cross the event horizon. Even if you can "see" the residual image of the outside universe due to perceptional effects like doppler and aberration, in reality there is no "outside universe" to go back to once you cross the horizon. The interior of the black hole is your new universe, and any direction you try traveling to within that new universe will not get you any closer to where you came from; you will always be moving, spatially and temporally, towards the singularity!
