discover weekly #15 GOOD WEEK FINALLY

this week cooked. went 20/30 on the weekly with some good music. the past 2 weeks have been terrible for it. i still wrote a blog for last week but when i pressed post, it told me the site was down... and it didn't save :(.......  the green are the songs i think everyone should listen to.

alex vile - never awake: alternative rock. good exciting singing with good instrumental. 8/10

draag me - i am gambling with my life: chillwave. all around just vibey. 7/10

red house painters - grace cathedral park: folk rock. good music. i listened to their other album a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed it. 7.5/10

mount eerie - calf in pasture: alternative. mount eerie will always be good. 8/10

failure - bernie: grunge. failure is goated. i listened to this album last night and enjoyed it lots. 8.5/10

punchlove - dead lands: shoegaze. heavy and dreamy guitars will always tickle my brain. 7/10

hannah stretton - the thrill of loneliness: contemporary folk. lovely singing. 8/10

full of hell, nothing - like stars in the firmament: doomgaze. i've been meaning to listen to this album and i finally got to it last night after hearing this. 8/10

forest - bodies: rock. this gives a feeling of nostalgia. i don't know if it's the mix on this or if it sounds similar to an old song i listened to before. either way this is great. 8.5/10

vivienne eastwood - gingerly: jangle pop. summer vibes for sure. 7.5/10

lovemikai - candles: shoegaze. kinda sounds like quannnic. not a bad thing. 7/10

black box recorder - kidnapping an heiress: indie pop: indie pop from 1998. this slaps. gonna listen to this album soon. 8.5/10

sundazer - cry wolf: heavy shoegaze. kinda got a grungey voice. this is fire. 9/10

decalius - loneliness: dsbm. my friend loves this band. imma listen to this album soon. 8/10

kitty - don't panic: electropop. chill af. 7/10

parannoul - arrival: shoegaze. listened to 'to see the next part of the dream' the other day and it was awesome. this is a great band. 8/10

chig - joy: alternative. heavy riffs. good singing. 7/10

yumeia - stanza senza luve: shoegaze. can see this blowing up soon. 7.5/10

you'll never get to heaven - setting sun: ambient pop: chill af or wtvr. 7/10

breakwater - five: emo. been meaning to listen to this. 9/10
