Today is today

Just got back from a walk with my dogs. It's really nice out with a high of 58 degrees. I can't wait for it to warm up and for the sun to stay out longer than 5:50 p.m. I need to finish up some laundry and read more of my book. Today I'm planning on doing a fish/veggie rice bowl. I haven't made one of those in a while, so I'm excited for that. I do Cilantro lime rice, tilapia, mixed vegetables, and some Greek yogurt. Ingredients all from Costco. Today I've been craving processed foods and so I feel like I've been snacking too much. I know I haven't probably gone overboard, but it just feels like that. 



This is what I've eaten today:


Breakfast

  • Two pieces of toast with avocado mash


Snacks

  • Half of an oatmeal raisin cookie
  • Around five M&Ms


Lunch

  • Chicken salad sandwich with zesty ranch vegetable stick & Diet Pepsi


Snacks

  • Three pepperoncini peppers
  • Two blue cheese stuffed olives
  • One more oatmeal raisin cookies
  • Two Oreos
  • Four mini sweet peppers with some hummus


Dinner

  • fish/veggie rice bowl (Later)
