vegan goth makeup??

anybody know any vegan goth makeup brands (that are prefferably israel boycott friendly)? i've been looking specifically for a stark white setting powder and grey eyeshadow i can use as contour, but any brands i've seen that do them aren't vegan/cruelty free or are a little bit pricey :/// any help appreciated!
