uhrrrr elfen lied is from 2007!!!!! js be careful, it contains pretty much fanservice and s/a :/.....
the plot is very well made though!!!1
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is amazing too
yikez O_o ill def stick with the other option!! any anime that has lotz of fanservice is a nono for me
