does anyone else get like really depressed sometimes? and like not like "ohhh I'm sad" but like everything will be going well and you're getting better and improving but then all you're progress gets wiped within a week and you're back to where you were with sleeping all day not eating not doing anything and having this like deep empty feeling you cant tell what it is.
idk I should probably go to like a phycologist or something but I just need to know if anyone else feels like this or am I just wired? I want this to be normal because if its not then that probably means I'm lazy and unhygienic and gross...
I have an exam tomorrow and I don't want to leave the house or do anything for that matter...
hope I don't regret this.
