today is a glorious day!

i write to you from my windows XP-era dell computer, now running a fresh installation of antiX linux!

my new retro-inspired setup will enable me to edit photos from old cameras the right way: with an old computer!

it took me quite a bit of searching to find the right operating system- my absolute favorite, haiku, doesn't currently have working floppy drive support, which would make it no good for the floppy disk camera i have coming tomorrow >.<
