"Taunt" by Lovejoy is a song focusing on a girl, (likely an ex, considering Will's previous works to this point.) with pretty privilege and the inability to catch up to how life actually is. It goes through the ways the girl is attempting to avoid the conversation, avoid the situation, because she isn't accustomed to being declined or put on the same level as others due to her looks. Possible, due to the beginning lyrics, she also had a tendency to not quite understand how other people acted, and expected them to all act the same.
