After almost TWO DECADES, I finally rediscovered my favorite Windows theme. :') (XP)

it's called NextOS. i've been looking for this theme for so, so, so long. almost 2 decades.
no, I'm not shedding tears over this :''') the hunt is finally over.

here it is in ALL of it's beautiful, plastic-y glory.
