Cried the Captain (kinda a P!ATD spinoff but more scene imo), Mimic a Stranger, and some of Hair Jordan's newer songs :) hope this helped!

Pierce the Veil, BOTDF (the singer is morally a shitbag, but there are instrumental versions of a lot of their songs), Electric Valentine, BrokenCYDE, The Millionaires, LMFAO, Nickasaur!, The Medic Droid, any nightcore techno song (HAS to be techno genre), Breathe Carolina, S3RL, Disko Warp, Cobra Starship, Scotty Vanity, Call the Cops, E0H!3, Ke$ha, The Secret Handshake, Tune Up, SlowMotionNoise, Callysta, Watchout! Theres Ghosts, InnerPartySystem, Henry Homesweet, Unicorn Kid, DJ Splash, and Kill Paradise.
If you want to explore newer scene music, the newer hyperpop scene songs that have hardstyle/techno background instrumentals can be considered scene.
