iPhone 4s

Ok so I just found my old iPhone 4s and when I tried to downgrade it (from ios 9.3.5 to ios 6.1.3) with 3utools after jailbreaking it and whatnot it gets stuck on "Connecting with Restore Mode" and it then fails after a few minutes. Please help me
