the (dream) world as we know it is in a loop. one little tiny thing breaks the code in only one loop and creates a tiny crack in the ground. as the crack gets interacted with, every loop after that cracks just a little bit more until in one loop, the whole world cracks into an abyss. an abyss leading to the real world. this loop gets sucked in with the possibility of making it to the real world. the path however is so treacherous those from the loop who did survive would only come out with their finger or eyeball intact. once that body part fell into the real world, it becomes the crack that will break apart the world as it is not supposed to be there. from there, the cycle continues as human curiosity will never go away and will always bring us closer to what we don't understand.
