this website is stirring up lots of feelings...

feeling #1: old as fuck

i was browsing profiles on this site and...why is everyone like 16 years old?! you weren't even old enough and/or alive for the original myspace!! whattt!!! i don't say this in a judgey or gatekeeping way, i'm so happy you get to have a myspace experience (this website is very very accurate to the og myspace). i guess i wasn't mentally prepared to see teens on here, considering i was a tween/teenager when i used myspace. which leads me to...

feeling #2: nostalgic 

here i am reliving my teen years by recreating a myspace profile, brushing off my old html skills (it's crazy how myspace made us all coders lol). i forgot about the absolute thrill of browsing icons, blinkies, graphics, etc for my website. i was literally SHOCKED to learn that pimp my profile was still active. it brought back soooo many memories. its funny what you forget about, until you're prompted with a distantly familiar image that brings back allll these memories. you have to understand that i thought i would never see myspace ever again. 

feeling#3: creative

i am literally glued to my computer and editing my profile. again, just like i was when i was a teen. i used to update my profile every single day and it was such a fun creative activity for me. this website is sparking my creativity in a way that i haven't experienced in years
