That's unfortunately pretty common. The first time i saw a gore account i shitted my pants and i totally freaked out, i was like: "HOLY SHIT! OH GOD-OH GOD-OH GOD-". Now however, whenever i see a gore account i am like: "Ugh, not another one of those fucking idiots" and then i report them. I have no idea why they do this but my theory is that they gain "joy" from scaring people with this kind of crap, another theory i have is that they do it to get attention by blogs like yours... Thankfully tho the mods are quite quick at deleting this kinds of stuff, so not everything is that bad.
