You have to use an outside website to make links to paste here. I personally use catbox.moe but I have heard of other things being used too. When you go to catbox, you want to drop your file into the site and you will be provided a link, copy it. You then want to come back to Spacehey and go to make a blog. When you are making the blog, click on the photo icon. You will be asked to paste a link, do so. Afterward, you should have a photo on your blog entry!
I don't think you can upload videos here though.
