dream i keep having ?

every year i have the same exact dream. i dont remember it right now but im sure its coming back to haunt me sooner or later 

every year this dream comes back, its been happening since i was about ten. the only thing i can remember about it is im running???(i think from something) there’s more to it but i literally cannot remember. next time i have it im gonna write it down, because i think repetitive dreams means your not doing something in your life your supposed to… unmet needs or a way to process trauma?? that’s what it says online lmao
