Hey guys...
I've been suffering the horrors of depressi0n, and I'd like to ask for some tips on how to overcome an episode of this kind before it gets worse.
I've been:
- working on house chores to avoid thinking too much
- focusing more on my petsĀ
- watch my comfort TV shows
I used to play videogames, but sadly I've lost interest on them... Same as knitting...
It feels like my efforts are not working that well anymore... Any ideas?
