6. when losing w8 , remember tht it doesnt happen instantly , so don't giv up !!!

7. go a few dayz w/o makeup , you'll find an even more beautiful girl :O

9. last but not least , STOP COMPARING URSELF 2 OTHERS!!! u never know how that 1 girl got so skinny , maybe she hasn't eaten in days !
