Synonyms for rotting :D

going the way of the flesh

another one biting the dust

cha cha sliding off the earth

AH shiver me timbers! there goes my soul..

ceasing to exist

forfeiting my soul

passing into oblivion

dwindling out

getting consumed by worms

returning to the stars

being reclaimed by the earth
