persona 1, 2 and the remake of persona 3

This has kinda been on my mind for a while now. I originally thought of putting this on my sites blog instead of this one but that doesn't really have an area for discussion so I'm doing it here.

Is there any hope of Atlus giving Persona 1 and 2 any attention or remakes in the future or was that lost the second we got a Persona 3 remake? I feel as though P3's remake shows a dimming light of any Persona 1 and 2 revival in the near future, but I'm not sure. I love Persona 3, thought 4 was pretty good, liked 5 a lot(despite all it's issues), but I'd really love to see the older games get some love. And maybe a port on to newer consoles lol. I know Persona 1 and 2 weren't as popular as 3 and the rest of the series but I still think Atlus would be making a good decision by bringing them up to date. I've met people who have never even heard of the first two games and only know of 3, 4 and 5.
