Birds should NOT be in the workplace

I think we should stop employing birds, all they do is fly around and shit on cars. I know it's "racist" and "discriminatory" to not hire birds but that's not what I'm talking about. I am talking about banning birds worldwide from working in the workplace. Honestly I don't know why or when they started hiring birds, it seems like they just started appearing. Noisy miners are probably the worst bird to hire ever (even worse than a budgie) they would just be annoying all the other human employees. Magpies, Ravens and Cockatoos might be the best birds to employ but they're still birds, if I told a Raven to help move some heavy boxes they would be absolute shit at it, although if I told a Raven to bring me a wrench they would be pretty good at that. But we still shouldn't be paying birds money for doing labour, what would they do with the money? there aren't bird shops or a bird economy. Circling back on the "racist" part, it's impossible for me to be racist to birds because the definition of racism is: "prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized" a bird does not fall under this definition so I cannot be racist at all when discriminating against birds, listen I love birds I just don't think they should be in the workplace. All I want for Christmas is to remove birds from the workplace.
