My faith in humanity and the Palestine protest week

I don’t know if I should be genuinely mad considering how the whole thing was done on massive short notice, but it genuinely hurts me to see what should have been a effective way to help the Gaza Strip deflated into nothing. 

What should have been a week of people spreading information about Palestine’s culture and its exploitation, humiliation and destruction at the hands of Israel devolved into the usual western bullcrap. Argument’s spread like wildfire over ‘posting gore’ instead of encouraging internet celebrities to spread the word around. Instead of acknowledging and calling out the media’s bias towards Zionism, we instead had people highlighting the occasional ‘look at me, I’m a Zionist furry!’ Account.

Hundreds died daily and all I could do was give me daily clicks to Arab.org and repost whatever I could. 

Don’t get me fucking started on the UN trial and the defunding of UNRWA.
