My Fav PJO Headcanon!!

(Spoilers for people who haven't read all the books!!!)

My favorite PJO headcanon since the series came out is that book Percy actually looks like series Percy(hair and eyes I mean). It's just that when he was young, he wanted to look more like his mom or dad(Poseidon not Gabe, just to clarify). So Sally dyed his hair black and got colored(non-prescription) contacts so he looked more like his Poseidon and not just Sally! He kept doing that for YEARS!!!! and just never told anyone because it wasn't relevant. 

How did Percy keep his hair and eyes the same way through Tartarus and getting kidnapped?? The dirty ass environment colored his hair super dark (we'll assume it's the same with Annabeth), and he had his contacts in the entire time(not great for his eyes but Tartarus isn't good for living/life in general soo...)! Percy already was in the habit of dying his hair and replacing his contacts so after the memory wipe, he just stole hair dye and contacts. That, or he pickpocketed some money and paid people to get the dye and contacts for him. 

My favorite part about this headcanon is that Percy(Walker Scobell Ver.) looks EXACTLY like Will Solace!!! I like to imagine that one day at camp, Percy has missed half of breakfast/lunch but the campers + his friends are like, "A little suspicious considering who he is but surely he'll be fine, right?" Then, in dramatic Percy Jackson style, the man himself storms in wearing a hat and sunglasses that he probably stole from the shop. He storms up to Chiron and is like, "Sir I need permission to leave Camp." And Chiron is obviously confused af and is questioning Percy like crazy and Percy is getting a lil irritated but tries to stay respectful, then Chiron says something like: "I'm sorry but I'm sure this can wait until after lunch if you won't tell me what's wrong." 

 Percy, completely frustrated, throws the hat and glasses off(yes, throws. they land on the Aphrodite and Hermes table's respectively. [and yes they will in-fact be sold to younger campers for money]), showing the entire camp his natural hair and eye's because he ran-out of contacts and dye. I like to imagine that he crosses his arms and huffs right in-front of Chiron because he tried to pray to his dad for more but all he got was quiet laughter reverberating in his head(and he'll never admit this to anyone but he also prayed to Aphrodite only for her to squeal at the chaos him looking like Will Solace will cause). 

Will and Nico are sitting next to each-other at the Apollo table(because yeah Apollo gave Nico permission to sit at the table and go into the Apollo cabin) and they look at Percy, look at each-other, look at Percy, look at each-other. And Will, quietly, highly amused, asks, "Now is he your type?" And everyone hears it because no-one knew what to say. Percy groans, throws his hands into the air, and asks Chiron "I need hair dye and contacts...Can I go now?" While sounding completely and utterly done with his life.

(And yes, he was interrogated by his friends [plus Will and Nico if that's not obvious] on Why would you hide this!? [He'll never admit it to anyone but Grover and Annabeth, but when Nico said Percy wasn't his type only to go for Will Solace, he laughed])
