Shein/Temu!! or even party city, if you can find a cheap shoulder length blue wig you can style it all rough and make ur own bangs if needed, also you can maybe find some cheap plain white full face masks at hobby lobby, you can just draw/paint a purple mark on it or whatnot (my friend has cosplayed this before lol, thats all the advice that I think will be usefull)
tysm! i actually made the mask for myself, and the clothes are ready too, so i only need the wig
