A few days ago a received my SECOND formal diagnosis for Depressive Bipolar. I hate it but it also makes sense. I will be sharing a bit of my journey here just to kind of release freely.
It is a lot to swallow but doing shit that you know isn't you is WAY WORSE.
Since my diagnosis everything I see and hear is BIPOLAR. O_o
It's like you have an entirely different mental existence thats not you, but is you.
I am working through this with a therapist and will be trying medications soon, but ultimately I am excited to get this under control.
