Royal Rumble

This is the first time I have watched WWE since probably 2019 and I have only recognized 4 so far in the women's division. I used to be a huge fan. I've been to 2 live events. I had a blast both times. 

My step-dad was a huge fan and always watched every time it was on tv. He never missed a show. Some form was on 4 nights a week. He never got to see a live event so after he passed away, we went and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

I'm a huge Cody Rhodes fan. Always have been. The first time I saw him, he was with The Legacy (Randy Orton and Ted Dibiase.) I quit watching after my son was born because I didn't have cable and at the time didn't have an app that had the matches on it. 

Funny story, in 2015 we went to Wichita to see them and Cody Rhodes came out. I was 3 rows away from ring side and while it was quiet, I hollered "Marry me Cody Rhodes!) Dude looked right at me for a second and then went back to getting in the ring. It was Smackdown and they filmed on Tuesday and aired on Friday. When grandpa was watching on that Friday, he heard me plain as day. He said he hasn't laughed like that in a long time. 

I'm not sure why I turned this on tonight, but I'm pretty glad that I did. It's only been on for 30 minutes so I can't wait to see who else comes out tonight.  ">
