I think greg from DOAWK is indeed a sociopath

After watching the Mumkey Jones vid (https://youtu.be/9WGmyO-si-w?si=AysmneT3gIvKowoE)

I was really convinced he really is one, his acts and his manipulative behaviour surprised me and i wasnt sure if this was indeed true, but after reading some parts of the books and more stuff, i can say im fully convinced he is, what do y'all think?
