How to run YouTube in the background w/o the paywall on IPhone (the simple way)

These companies SUCK so let me lay some information on you. This is how I personally listen to YouTube while I scroll other apps or have my iPhone off. The easy way. 

Firstly you’re going to want to install this app called Documents - File Manager & VPN from the Apple Store. It’s by Readdle Technologies Limited just so you know you have the right one. (very useful for downloading mp3 and mp4 files btw!)

Then, you’re going to open the app and you’re going to navigate to the browser, which should be in the bottom right corner of your screen. (Yep, this application also has a browser.) 

There you can open up google and search for https://YouTube.com. It shouldn’t open up your YouTube application. 

You’re going to tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your screen and a menu will be brought up. You want to press “Request Desktop Version” and let your interface refresh. 

Once you start playing a video of your choice, you can exit out of documents and bring down your media player to control the sound!
