Over the last couple of days I have been thinking I need to push myself harder at the gym. When I leave the gym and days after working out, I do feel sore, but I never leave the gym sweating. I also notice when I'm on some machines I feel like I could put more weight on. Yesterday and today I put more weight on some machines I was feeling too comfortable on and added another mile to my inclined walking. I definitely left the gym sweating and feeling a lot more sore, so I think I'm moving in the right direction
Why am I not sweating more???
