MP3 audio

Hey, so when I try to play music on my mp3, I cant hear anything at all, like I cant hear every song that I have. I tried replace the wired earbuds with other ones that I have, but I still cant hear anything. If anybody has any useful tips on how I can hear the audio again that would be cool :)  ( In case anybody is asking for the brand that made it, it's Hotechs)
