sliding stamps

dude how do people do the thing where their stamps are all sliding i wanna do that cuz im revamping my profile and i wanna do that so my stamps arent all messy like my last profile...

also why is everyone all of a sudden getting spacehey?? like im not mad at all i think its great but just randomly all in one day everyone ran up to me (nobody ran up to me they texted me i basically stay in my room SCREAMS) saying "OMG DO U HAVE SOACEHEY OMG ADD ME" like 7 people i thinkg

did it become popular or are all of my friends telling eachother ? i thought it was popular already anyways idk theres a bunch of ppl ik that have it now its cool :33
