Spacehey is just the latest "throwback" thing in my life. I recently started reading manga again, actively befriending other alternative people, writing short stories (including fanfiction because it 100% sparks joy), and just in general doing things that high school me thought she'd never give up.
But I did give them up. Life beat me down. I got older, and tried to act like a "real" adult for a long time. It made me miserable. I lost my ability to fully enjoy life for so long, and I hated myself.
Not anymore, though. I'm going to do whatever makes my immature little heart happy... I think I'd like to be one of those people who makes heaps of friends online while discovering awesome music.
