My interpretation of this song is about the devil church singing about Elizabeth Bathory and she's just so evil so they made a song about her, yk what im saying. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PUT IT INTO WORDS. The guitar riff for this song is so good, and then the hard drumming just makes it better. The lyrics are really telling a story about Elizabeth. Basically, she and her servants were accused of killing and torturing hundreds of women and girls between 1590 and 1610. She was imprisoned for her crimes in the castle of Csjete. (Pronounced as 'Kyeteh'??) The accusations against her was supported by 300 individuals. 

Some insight, she had epilepsy as a kid and had blood of someone who didn't have epilepsy smeared on her lips. So I think the lyrics "To bathe in pure fresh blood, She'd peasant virgins killed" is probably inspired by that. Maybe her seizures gave her brain damage?? Probably?? Also smearing blood on her lips probably sparked something in her idk. Some sources also say her family taught her to be this cruel, which I guess could make sense considering her servants helped out with the torture and murders.

She was able to kill these women and girl in the first place because their parents sent them to Elizabeth to learn courtly etiquette. EEERRH X now they're DEAD. 

She was basically put on house arrest after killing and burying 650 victims (Or more) and then died after telling her servant her hands were cold. 

Fun fact: Some sources think she was an inspiration for Dracula.
