Create a quiet place, or put on some music to help you center yourself.

RestΒ 

- If projects are stressing you out, take a break and come back to it later.
- Take naps (often). Schedule them and set a timer.
- Go to bed at a decent time

Phone & Social Media

- As soon as you wake up don't check your phone for an hour.
- Detox yourself from all the people and pages that trigger you.Β 
- Respond to messages on your time.Β

HygieneΒ 

- Shower every day (day + night)
- Face mask 2x's a week
- Indulge yourself in a full body scrub after a long days' work.

- Listen to music that makes you feel good
- Treat yourself to your favorite anything
