I've seen it twice in cinemas last year and this year ill be seeing it again 3 more times. i went with a friend and we made a t-shirt for it, we drew on it with markers and put glitter on it.... but it all fell off. we also realized one of us couldn't wear it because the shirt was way too small and we littarly just wrote "FUCK YEAH" on it then poured glitter on it. we were supposed to write fuck yeah talking heads on it. if i ever get a picture of it from them ill put it on this blog post.
ITS SO COOL BECASUE EVERYONE GETS UP AND DANCES! IN THE CINEMA! i remember about half of the people in the cinema got out of their seats to dance. I fell like this movie enables people with horrible dance moves to dance publicly and not feel ashamed because of how weird the dancing is in the film/concert. Im gonna put a bunch of gifs of the band dancing at the end of this post so you can see it lol.
Everyone was super nice too at the end of the film a group of people who were also dancing shouted to me and my friend saying that our dancing was cool [that group went all out though they were way cooler than us]. everyone was in sync too people were clapping at the end of songs, and during take me to the river the band members get introduced by david byrne. Everyone sat down on front of the huge screen and cheered for each person [:
10/10 film i AM seeing it again
dose this count as a dance?

i unfortunately didn't get to see it but it's so cool that you did!! stop making sense would have been so cool to see in theatres. it's good that everyone was dancing, i can't imagine sitting still while listening to the talking heads.
I've heard it's coming back to cinemas in some places, You should keep an eye out if you still want to go see it!! Its really fun with the right crowd
