i've been around twitter (and the internet itself) for a long time and came to realize something.
we absolutely love to express ourselves.
u would think it's kind of obvious since we're humans and thats what humans do, but its a certain format that we tend to use most, and thats those pages/webs where u can personalize it at your liking. besides the older webs —like myspace or any other bloggs that people tend to use at the time— take one of the first versions of twitter for instance: we could change the background into an specific color or picture, we could also use gifs as pfp or we could change the header.
here's an example in case u weren't there:
much later we had carrd, a website that usually twitter users (mainly fans) made to talk abt themselves, their likes and dislikes, their "dni" — nd u could ALSO give them a part of u:
since its a really intuitive and easy website to handle, editing ur carrd was something that most people enjoyed doing. in my own experience, i've made tons of them because i loved trying different styles, formats nd features to add to my page. also, because i have no idea how to program, using carrd was like my go-to to try to design pages of too many various topics.
anyhow, seeing that spacehey has became more and more popular this last couple of months, i absolutely adore watching some of your creations and personalities. it reminds me that we're creatures of art (and we're kinda nostalgic).
