Writing sample of a project I'm working on!

Btw, I hope ppl like this if I'm being honest. sharing things and getting feedback gives me the willpower to continue my writing and drawing as well!

The Kingdom of Higala was a righteous land where mainly vampires had migrated to—the darkness of storms and constant dark clouds were what kept the Vampires from staying on that very land. In Higala, vampires are mostly upper class, which caused chaos with the other species who lived there riots—wanting fair housing and payment. But the royal family that lives in a cold, isolating stone-built castle, is guarded by Orcs with armor from head to toe.

Somewhere in the castle, a pale boy, dressed in highly sophisticated clothing, sits behind a desk where he writes a letter. The quill skillfully inks the page with exquisite pacing. The window behind the boy had shined down on his jet-black hair—glistened in the morning sun. The pale boy seemed to have finished his letter, putting it in an envelope and sealing

 it with wax—a red stamp popped out in the cold-gray bedroom. 

“Tebald, please send this to Ms. Carven, it is about her housing payment,” the young prince handed the envelope to Tebald— an armor-covered hand reached out for the envelope out of the soft pale hand. “Yes Meskill, I’ll be on my way,” Tebald said.
