its my birthday in less than a week and i am DREADING getting older. i already feel so behind compared to others my age im just not looking forward to it one bit :/ :/
i used to think "ah, one year closer to the sweet relief of death" but damn im tryin to be more positive.
i just wanna be young foreverrrrr

Hey!!! I understand the feeling very well, mostly due to the pandemic, i feel like years of my youth have been taken away from me. But im also trying to be more positive, and actually your age is not a big deal (it is in therms of relationships and that), but idk youth is also a mental state! You may have 55 and still feeling young. The thing is to live as much as we can :)
you're so right! i feel like the pandemic took such a toll.... i might start going by my "lockdown age" lol. Its entirely true, age is just a number a the end of the day. i just gotta keep telling myself that!
