i just spent 30 minutes searching my house because i heard knocking on my door and footsteps, nobody is awake but me and my cats werent making the knocking nor the footsteps as i heard the footsteps while both my cats were sitting.i was going to wake my parents but i dont want them to be mad at me

if you haven't gone out in a while, there's a chance it could be cabin fever. same thing happened to me at the start of covid
