i keep forgetting to take my anxiety meds and now my anxiety is sooo bad, i just took one but like just one isnt going to do anything. I have to do something at work tomorrow which is causing the anxiety and usually when im on my meds im fine and can do things like that easily but rn im FREAKED OUT
