Vampire VN Writing Help

Hey guys, working on a vampire visual novel at the moment. Still tyring to iron out some of the kinks in the lore and world building. I'm looking for some advice/ideas:

What kind of artisan goods would a very powerful vampire council who owns a human farm make with human blood??? 

The obvious one is wine, but anyone else got any other ideas of how these pompous, rich vampires prefer to consume their food? (Don't worry, they have a hunting ground of humans living in a fenced off village so they can go hunting the old fashioned way and suck blood directly from the source if they so wish XD)

Any help would be appreciated.
