Soundcloud sucks (unless you pay for it)

As most may know, Soundcloud is a platform dedicated to sharing music created by artists.

SoundCloud has the infamous region and/or subscription blocking that is seen on most tracks from famous artists.

That's the problem. Do you see other streaming services blocking users from listening to certain tracks for free, or at all? Do you see those sketchy free MP3 sites blocking users from downloading every song in existence?

That's the problem with SoundCloud. People prefer paying to listen to rip-offs of good songs than listening to the song itself, for a freemium price.
