I hate living -vent-

I have been groomed by an adult on the internet, and he has been talking shit to my friends about me... I'm a minor, way younger than him, by atleast 10 years and he sent me a video of him playing with his private. He emotionally manipulated me and hurt me in so many ways. Every time I open up about it I can't help but think I'm overdramatic. I don't know what to do and I've been so sad.
