I was about to give up with exercise today again, but after a short nap I was able to gain more energy. I'm proud I didn't let the laziness beat me. also, I did 100 squats and am really proud about it!!

I already planned my breakfast for tomorrow, which I don't usually do, bc today I ate a bit more cals than I wanted to and kinda want to compensate for that.

I've also been doing regular body checks that I think will help me notice the light changes a bit better.

I have really big expectations for the end of next week, I will do everything I need to in order to not screw up and maybe lose a couple kilos by then.

I feel happy today and hope for the best for tomorrow (weekends are a bit scary bc my family tends to over-relax with food).
