today for some reason spacehey is not working so I’m writing this in google docs lol.
my weight went higher but my measurements lower so ig I’m gaining muscle mass, which I’m not super excited abt.
however, it was a really good day in terms of eating + exercise (I did my 1h today yaaay).
I need to figure out how to do more steps bc that will help a lot too.
I also want to try and make healthy sushi bowls for meal/breakfast. 7eleven has those but there’s none near me so I have to make them on my own.
I found out 70% of the girls in my class are suuuper skinny and that triggers me so much… I need to get to my ugw soon.
