Study methods?

Hello, Ezra here again!! :D

Today in my session of study I enrolled in 2 courses; One that is called "Introduction to Clinical Psychology" and one about biomedical informatics. >.<

Normally I just read the articles or watch the videos and take notes, but I don't think that is the best method. 

I would like to know your study methods to see if they are more effective. :3
