I did create my ed ig acc, where I'll upload my meals. that will help bc I'll feel guilty for eating too much junk food. yesterday I was watching a video of a girl who lost 10kg in a month, and she said the best you can do when dieting is telling people you're dieting, so now you feel responsible about what you said and feel like you need to accomplish it, so ig this is kinda like that (tho I'd never tell my irls I'm dieting lol).
also, today I need to go to th convenience store that's across my school in search of low cal stuff that I can buy there when I've no time for taking someting from home.
