I'm so bad at understanding coding

Guys, everything keeps glitching; this is embarrassing. If you see that random ass blinker in the about me section, mind your business. It's technically not wrong. I never got taught coding in school; I literally study English. The only thing I'm good at is crying about people who aren't real.  I sadly think i might just need to start from scratch Everything is glitchy asf but no hate to anyones layouts I'm using; it's 100% my fault. What an exciting journey lays ahead of me...
